Preparing for your driving tests
I will advise and prepare you for your test. Here is a quick overview:
As you approach the end of your course of lessons with me I will take you through some of the test routes.You will first need to pass the Theory and Hazard Perception tests.
Theory test
The theory test will ask a series of 50 questions on a multiple choice basis. The pass mark is 43 correct answers out of 50.
The theory test covers various topics such as your attitude, your knowledge of traffic signs, health and safety aspects and environmental issues

You will also be required to take the Hazard Perception test, which consists of 14 video clips showing road scenes where dangerous situations might arise.
Driving Test
I will help you book your test and make sure you are skilled and confident before you take the test.
The test will be taken in Leeds. I will provide the vehicle .
The test lasts just 40 minutes and will examine all the abilities you have learnt and practiced during your driving lessons. A reverse manoeuvre is included as well as general safe driving skills and independent driving.
